• Inbound Buyer Seller Leads: We partner with PrimeStreet and other providers to deliver warm, ready-to-act prospects to your inbox.

• Dedicated Support Team: Our transaction coordinators, listing services, and marketing staff handle the admin—so you can focus on selling.

Your Responsibilities

• Follow up with company-provided leads to convert prospects into active buyers and sellers

• Guide clients through consultations, showings, and contracts

• Host open houses and support property marketing

• Manage active transactions with precision and professionalism

• Maintain CRM and communication tools with up-to-date client info

• Continuously develop local market expertise to provide value and insight to clients

• Contribute to a strong team culture focused on collaboration, performance, and accountability


What You Bring

• Active real estate license

• A goal-oriented, coachable mindset

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Tech-comfortable and open to learning new systems

• The drive to manage multiple clients, leads, and deals with confidence

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right people
