Job Summary:
The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between our staffing company, our client, and our temporary workforce. This role is responsible for managing daily workforce operations, ensuring employee performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting compliance with company and client policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced staffing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the client, employees, and internal recruiting team
- Oversee daily attendance, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet client demands
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientations, and safety trainings onsite
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, and adherence to client expectations
- Address employee relations issues, including coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and labor laws
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, timekeeping, and payroll approvals
- Partner with recruiting team to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
- Conduct regular check-ins with client to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with reporting metrics such as attendance, turnover, and productivity
- Promote a safe and positive work environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, warehouse, logistics, or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with timekeeping systems and basic reporting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is a plus
Work Environment:
- Onsite at client location (warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center)
- May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime based on client needs
- Standing, walking, and engaging with employees throughout the shift
