Position: Field Engineer – Paper Machine
Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 annually
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates
Remote Flexibility: Offered for professionals open to travel and periodic on-site presence
Key Responsibilities:

Optimize operational performance and organizational effectiveness

Lead process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives

Support continuous improvement programs across paper machine operations

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance

Collaborate with suppliers and external technical partners
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related field from an accredited university

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process troubleshooting and problem-solving within paper mill operations
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills

In-depth understanding of safe work practices and safety compliance
