Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and production activities to produce high-quality medical diagnostic products
- Operate manufacturing equipment on a rotating basis
- Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, changeovers, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Read and follow manufacturing instructions, quality documents, and technical procedures
- Comply with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, quality, and safety standards
- Perform basic mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and various units of measurement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals
- Communicate production updates and process information clearly
- Assist with training team members on production processes when required
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- High School Diploma
