- Greet and check in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Manage reservations and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the hotel pool area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards
- Monitor pool conditions and report any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and safety protocols is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
