Contract Labor Accounting Associate
Responsible for timely and accurate accounting, fuel reconciliation, reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fuel orders, fuel tickets, and daily inventories in FMS and/or AS/400.
- Generate daily fuel close reports, perform daily balancing, and reconcile FMS variances.
- Handle billing transmittals, petty cash, catering reconciliation, fuel reports, and accounts payable tasks, including invoices, accruals, and reclassifications.
- Update PCAT, Airlines Hub, pricing sheets, and required spreadsheets and reports.
- Provide station finance and administrative support and complete other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent proven experience.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience and knowledge of basic accounting practices.
- Ability to work independently; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and a valid state driver's license.
- Must pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Aviation or airline experience preferred.
