Overview of the Role:
Join a dynamic team coordinating critical infrastructure projects that power America's clean energy future. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact deliverables for renewable energy interconnection projects, working directly with transmission entities and corporate teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements to develop comprehensive deliverable lists
- Import and track deliverables using Oracle-based project controls software (Unifier)
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting on interconnect submittal status and critical path milestones
- Participate in weekly meetings with Transmission Services regarding GIA status
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Unifier software for GIA/PPA agreement management
- Coordinate with construction site teams and transmission owners/operators
- Manage 40-50 projects annually with precision and attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional experience in project management and contract management
- Background in infrastructure work preferred
- Strong contract interpretation and deliverable management skills
- Experience with Purchase Power Agreements (PPA) and Interconnect Agreements (IA)
- Excellent organizational skills for managing critical deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to establish professional working relationships
- Travel flexibility for 1-2 quarterly site visits
