ARC Group is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join a well-known law firm in Winston-Salem, NC. The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to attorneys through clerical, research, and trial preparation tasks, ensuring efficient case management and superior legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss and manage assigned cases or projects.

  • Draft legal documents, including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; file documents in compliance with court procedures.

  • Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written summaries and recommendations to attorneys.

  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other related materials.

  • Track and maintain records of billable hours for assigned cases.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the legal team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil Litigation required.
