Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the
face of our business and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, positive experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
2. Take and relay accurate messages
3. Make, update, and manage guest reservations
4. Check guests in and out efficiently
5. Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
6. Respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly
7. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
8. Clean common areas including elevators and restrooms
9. Assist with folding laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
10. Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns
11. Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence at the front desk
Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and customer service skills
2. Ability to multitask and stay organized
3. Basic computer and email skills
4. Dependable and punctual
5. Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
