LPN Staffing Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse
A nursing home near Athens, TN is seeking a detail-oriented and organized LPN Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage while supporting facility operations and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules for multiple healthcare facilities.
</li>
<li>
Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs.
</li>
<li>
Communicate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and agency personnel.
</li>
<li>
Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
</li>
<li>
Assist with onboarding and scheduling of new nursing staff.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate staffing records and reports.
</li>
<li>
Respond to staffing emergencies and scheduling changes as needed.

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee
</li>
<li>
2 years of work experience as a LPN
