What you’ll do

• Operate excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to support excavation, grading, and site preparation.
• Complete routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to protect people and property.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew to meet schedule milestones and budget goals.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment hours, maintenance actions, and site activities.
• Immediately report mechanical issues or safety hazards to management.

You’re a great fit if you have

• A high school diploma or equivalent; equipment certifications are a bonus.
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of safe operating procedures for heavy machinery.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Physical endurance and strength to meet the demands of the role.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
