We are actively seeking a mid-level associate to join our Washington, DC office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes international trade matters, focusing on proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC).
Key Responsibilities

Represent domestic industries in antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations and reviews before the USITC

Draft legal briefs, submissions, and pre-/post-hearing statements in trade remedy proceedings

Conduct fact development and manage investigative records related to injury and causation

Collaborate closely with economists, consultants, and clients to develop case strategy

Prepare clients and witnesses for testimony and public hearings

Analyze complex market, economic, and import data to support legal arguments

Coordinate with U.S. Department of Commerce counsel on parallel proceedings
Qualifications

6 to 8 years of substantive experience in trade litigation, particularly USITC AD/CVD matters
-
Exceptional legal writing and research skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex records and filings

Strong academic background from a top-tier law school

Must be an active member of the Washington, DC Bar

Detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-profile cases
