Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
• Coordinate facilities-related issues, including liaising with the landlord for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage meeting room scheduling, setup, and AV equipment troubleshooting.
• Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, transportation, and reservations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service in all interactions.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Support tenant and guest needs, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve office processes.
• Organize and oversee logistics for events and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a positive office environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in concierge or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
• High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting office equipment and AV tools.
