Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline and improve business processes and organizational workflows.
• Support leadership in evaluating operations and providing recommendations.
• Oversee outsourced functions and ensure timelines/deadlines are met.
• Identify roadblocks and help the business meet or exceed targets.
• Partner closely with IT and cross-functional teams to manage change effectively.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to work across functions and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Experience in consulting, IT-driven change, or process optimization preferred.
• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and solutions-focused.
