Private Duty Nurse LPN RN Trach G Tube 40 to 42 per Hour

Job DescriptionElevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 20-year-old male client who requires total care.
The client has a history of traumatic brain injury (TBI) related to shaken baby syndrome and has additional medical needs related to that injury. He is blind and quadriplegic and requires skilled nursing support.
Pay
$40.00–$42.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Clinical Needs
- G-tube care, medication administration, and enteral feeding
- Tracheostomy care and monitoring
- BiPAP ventilator support during nighttime hours
- Respiratory assessment and monitoring
- Suctioning as ordered and needed
- Positioning and repositioning
- Total assistance with activities of daily living
- Skin integrity monitoring
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Monitoring for changes in condition
- Accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Following physician orders and the established plan of care
Available Shifts
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Saturday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Sunday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Applicants may be considered for one or multiple shifts based on availability.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPN or RN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to complete required background screenings
- Current TB/health screening documentation as required
- Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing one-on-one care to a medically complex client
- Experience with tracheostomy care, G-tube care, BiPAP/ventilator support, suctioning, TBI, quadriplegia, or private duty nursing is strongly preferred
