What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support apartment communities with day-to-day maintenance, including:

Completing work orders
Unit turns / make-readies
Basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
Painting, drywall, and general upkeep
Helping maintain clean and safe property grounds

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
Ability to handle general maintenance tasks independently
Reliable transportation
HVAC / EPA / CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
