A leading non-profit organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to support a limited-term project focused on enhancing the quality, consistency, and integrity of audience data.

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Systems in the Digital & Technology department, the Data Coordinator will contribute to data cleansing, validation, and analysis across several platforms—primarily a ticketing platform and a CRM-based audience data hub. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and helping implement best practices for data stewardship across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data cleansing activities to ensure integrity of audience records

  • Validate data integrations from platforms such as ticketing, CRM, email marketing, and volunteer systems

  • Identify and resolve duplicate or incomplete records

  • Monitor data flow from multiple systems and ensure compliance with established standards

  • Generate and interpret pre-designed reports to assess and communicate data health

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes, update documentation, and communicate changes to policies or standards

  • Support cross-departmental data initiatives using a collaborative, inclusive approach

Qualification

  • Demonstrated experience with data coordination, data integrity, or CRM systems

  • Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; experience with platforms like Salesforce, Ticketure, or Raiser’s Edge a plus

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to synthesize information and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Commitment to inclusive, equitable practices when working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Mailchimp, Digital Cheetah, or other audience engagement tools

  • Experience supporting data documentation or process improvement initiatives

  • Prior involvement in data projects within the nonprofit, arts, or cultural sectors is a plus

  • College degree highly preferred

  • Ability to commit to long-term contract role

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
