Coney Island Homecare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health CNA to join our growing team in Billings, MT. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote independence and safety
- Support patients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with supervising nurses, family members, and care team members
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with home health regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Montana
- Prior home health, personal care, or long-term care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home setting
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful of patient dignity and privacy
