We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects with precision and efficiency. This role requires expertise in managing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with drafting, estimating, and shop teams to align project goals and streamline processes.

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and shop drawings to guide project execution.

• Oversee the procurement process and utilize tools like Bluebeam to enhance project efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all project phases.

• Communicate effectively with clients, delivering project updates and addressing concerns in a meticulous manner.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and resources are delivered on schedule.

• Address and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain progress and quality standards.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in the glass, carpentry/millwork, or exterior façade sectors.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in construction management tools, with experience in Bluebeam being a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal collaboration.
• A degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory; extensive experience will be prioritized over formal education.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and project management best practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex project challenges.
