Key Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License (Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners)
NBCOT Certification
Compliance with all Arizona school-based credentialing standards
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings valued
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs
Design and implement personalized therapy plans and support IEP development
Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, promoting independence
Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress updates
