AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a trusted, independently owned auto repair shop in Weston, WI that’s known for its great culture, loyal customers, and commitment to quality service. We’re looking for a General Service Technician who’s ready to work with a supportive team, grow their skills, and build a career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic preventative maintenance

???? Conduct vehicle inspections and identify minor repair needs

???? Assist technicians with light repairs and shop organization

???? Maintain cleanliness of bays and support parts/tool management

???? Follow repair orders and safety protocols carefully and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ year of shop or mechanical experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

✔ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

✔ Willingness to learn and grow within the industry

✔ Must be reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
