EmpowerHome Team is expanding in Richmond, VA, and looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents / Buyer’s Agents / Listing Agents who want real opportunities instead of chasing cold leads.
Our agents receive warm buyer and seller leads every day, plus appointments set by our Inside Sales Team, allowing you to focus on what you do best — showing homes, meeting clients, and closing deals.

Compensation & Benefits
Commission-Based with High Earning Potential
Expected earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually
What we provide:
- Warm buyer and seller leads provided daily
- Inside Sales Agents are scheduling appointments for you

Compensation:
$100,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Attend buyer and seller appointments scheduled by our marketing and inside sales team
- Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations
- Convert qualified appointments into closed transactions
- Follow up with prospects using CRM tools, scripts, and automated systems
- Host open houses and convert walk-in leads
- Guide clients through offers, negotiations, contracts, and closing
- Deliver outstanding client experiences to generate referrals and repeat business
- Participate in ongoing training through EmpowerHome Academy
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Available to work full-time in a commission-based role
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
