Job Description
We are seeking skilled weekend maintenance technicians to form dynamic teams of two, consisting of one mechanically inclined and one electrically inclined individual. The role involves troubleshooting CNC and foundry equipment, performing minor fabrications, and repairing 3-phase motors. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting various voltages is essential.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot CNC and foundry equipment.
- Perform minor fabrications using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.
- Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot 480V and 220V systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting for PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC maintenance.
- Maintain and repair CNC machinery such as Lathes and Mills.
Essential Skills
- Experience in troubleshooting CNC and foundry equipment.
- Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and working with 480V and 220V systems.
- Experience with PLC, electrical, mechanical, and CNC maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with machinery such as Maak, Haas, Fanuc, Morisieki, and Okuma.

Work Environment
This role requires weekend availability, with a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off. Example shifts include working Wednesday through Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off, or Friday through Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
