Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Manager position. Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. They are an established company managing fast growth, and they pride themselves on employee longevity and upward mobility.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Seeking management experience in general contracting, CMR and Design/Build
· Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
· Project Management from preconstruction to close out experience
· Direct GC projects in the commercial field
· Management of projects that are 10 million and larger
· Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills




A successful candidate will possess the following:

· Minimum of 5-years with commercial projects
· Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
· Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
· Strong background in self-performed work



Salary Range: $100-135K
