Full-Time Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities


  • Lease apartments and maintain strong closing ratios

  • Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community, local area, amenities, and competitors

  • Confidently present community features and overcome leasing objections

  • Conduct phone and in-person leasing presentations

  • Prepare leases and coordinate move-in appointments

  • Pre-qualify applicants according to resident selection criteria

  • Obtain credit reports and verify employment and rental history

  • Perform outreach marketing, corporate calls, and competitive market surveys

  • Recommend marketing strategies to improve occupancy

  • Assist with general office and administrative duties

  • Actively contribute to a positive team culture at both the property and company level

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous leasing experience preferred

  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with individuals from all backgrounds

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Valid Drivers License
