Key Responsibilities
- Lease apartments and maintain strong closing ratios
- Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community, local area, amenities, and competitors
- Confidently present community features and overcome leasing objections
- Conduct phone and in-person leasing presentations
- Prepare leases and coordinate move-in appointments
- Pre-qualify applicants according to resident selection criteria
- Obtain credit reports and verify employment and rental history
- Perform outreach marketing, corporate calls, and competitive market surveys
- Recommend marketing strategies to improve occupancy
- Assist with general office and administrative duties
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture at both the property and company level
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous leasing experience preferred
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals from all backgrounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Drivers License
