Responsibilities
- Supervise shift operations and clinical staff.
- Provide clinical oversight across patient care activities.
- Conduct and oversee patient assessments.
- Coordinate care among patients, staff, and care teams.
- Oversee medication administration and related processes.
- Manage patient admissions during the assigned shift.
