<p>Job DescriptionThe Medical Specimen Consolidator role verifies lab specimen and ensures timeliness and accuracy of pick ups.<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Receive, sort&nbsp;and organize lab specimen in the warehouse&nbsp;or at a client location</li>
<li>Confirm specimen counts to be correct&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>If at a client location, verify in the client's dispatching system</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Confirm specimen count to be correct in CXT, software program&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure drivers are using manifests and/or bags for proper clients</li>
<li>Sort specimen into appropriate bins for each lab&nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify that the drivers who pick up any sorted specimen are taking to the correct labs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Verify that all specimens&nbsp;are picked up by courier and delivered to labs immediately after completion</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills</strong>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or some college&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic math&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as word, excel, email exchange&nbsp;</li>
<li>Customer Service Experience</li>
<li>Team player with excellent organizational skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and safely&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to lift or move heavy packages&nbsp;</li>
