$17-$18 an hour Based on Skills and Experience

Primary Purpose
The janitor maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.
Essential Functions
Daily
1. Clean/Sanitize: doors, doorknobs/handles or push plates, paper towel dispensers, soap
dispenser, light switches, sinks, faucets, toilets, water fountains, throughout the offices,
restrooms and breakroom.
2. Clean and sanitize the restroom floor.
3. Empty garbage cans.
4. Clean the inside and outside of the microwaves.
5. Empty and disinfect the feminine hygiene trashcans and refill hygiene item disposal bags as
needed.
6. Clean and sanitize the breakroom floor.
Twice Weekly
1. Vacuum all available offices/reception area/hallways and conference room.
2. Sweep and mop all tile areas in entryways.
3. Clean/sanitize conference room table, front office cabinets and countertops.
4. Sweep war room and proto room.
5. Clean entry doors/glass.
6. Pick up trash around the exterior of the building.
Monthly
1. Clean windows in office area.
2. Maintain cleaning supply inventory. Coordinate replenishment orders with Front Desk Clerk.
3. Clean all walls in offices and shop
