Title: Associate Attorney (FT or PT - Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Requirements:
- J.D. and admission to the NY Bar
- 4+ years of corporate/transactional experience with direct client management
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with a "self-starter" mindset
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts on a wide array of subjects
- Handle corporate asset/merger transactions, governance, formation, and dissolution
- Deal with data privacy policies, terms of service, and intellectual property commercial matters
- Manage commercial real estate sales, purchases, financing, and leases
Bonus Experience:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or willingness to waive in with firm financial support)
- Big Law background
- Existing book of business
- Experience in commercial litigation
