Responsibilities

<li>Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties for WDO presence</li>
<li>Assess and document damage caused by WDO infestations</li>
<li>Write clear and detailed inspection and treatment reports</li>
<li>Identify various pest species relevant to WDO infestations</li>
<li>Consult with customers to explain findings and recommend treatment plans</li>
<li>Perform termite treatments to eradicate infestations and prevent recurrence</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in pest control</li>
<li>Certification in pest management</li>
<li>CA Branch 3 Field Representative License</li>
<li>Strong skills in pest identification and moisture detection</li>
<li>Proficient in report writing and customer service</li>
