Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain the D365 F&O and Commerce system, including security roles, user permissions, and system settings.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain system integrations with other applications.
- Manage data migrations and data cleansing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Provide guidance and best practices for optimizing operational engagement
- Extend the capability of the application through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports
- Contribute to the technology roadmap for the organization with respect to the Dynamics ecosystem
- Work with multiple teams to meet internal systems needs.
- Obtain and/or enhance knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 infrastructure, Office365, 3rd party add-on products.
