Preschool Gymnastics Instructor / Early Childhood Coach

Job DescriptionThe Little Gym is looking for an energetic, dependable, and engaging instructor to teach our preschool-aged classes!

We are searching for someone who genuinely loves working with young children and can bring big energy, patience, and positivity to every class. Our PreK students learn through movement, imagination, structure, and fun, so the right candidate should be playful, confident leading a group, and comfortable being a little silly.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Background in dance, gymnastics, wrestling, cheer, sports, athletics, or movement-based training preferred, but not required
• Comfortable leading groups of preschoolers in a high-energy setting
• Warm, patient, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to follow curriculum while bringing personality and enthusiasm to class
• Available for an immediate start
• Required: Consistent Saturday Availability (every Saturday)

What you’ll do:

• Teach and assist in preschool-aged classes
• Help create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment
• Support children in building listening skills, confidence, coordination, and independence
• Work as part of a team that brings serious fun to every class

This is a great role for someone who loves kids, loves movement, and wants to be part of a fun, upbeat environment where no two days are the same.

Looking for part time and/or full time.
Example Shifts:
M-Th 9am-2pm
M-Th 3pm-8pm
F- 2:30pm-8pm
Sa - 7:30am-1pm (<-REQUIRED SHIFT) plus flexible 1pm-close
Su- 8:30-4pm

The above are examples of shifts and hours of operation. Some nights will be longer, and weekends can go longer depending on birthday parties.
