Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to help clients envision their future homes.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Assist in negotiating offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and share valuable insights with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize our systems to manage client relationships and track progress efficiently.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and build trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals, and supporting colleagues.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, enabling efficient management of client relationships and property listings.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing ongoing training and feedback to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to challenges.
