$22–$25/hr | Full-time, year-round | 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour days) | No experience needed
At Maine Outdoor Spaces you'll be a part of a team that builds Maine's Premier outdoor living spaces. We build everything from paver patios and walkways to large scale hardscape construction projects including stone fireplaces, kitchens, and walls. As a crew member you will have a hand in building all of this and more.
We are a growing company looking to add to our team, as a member of our crew you'll be learning and developing the skills necessary to advance in this trade and grow in the company to lead a crew of your own.
Your path here
- General Laborer, Levels 1–3: $22–$25/hr. Start here. Learn the trade: site prep, base work, and installing features alongside experienced installers. Move up a level as your skills grow.
- Installer, Levels 1–2: $28–$32/hr. Typically 1–2 years in. Build features to our standard with more independence.
- Crew Leader: $35–$45/hr. Typically 3–5 years in. Run the project and a crew of 2–5.
