Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly, introduce the menu, highlight specials, and set a welcoming tone.
Build rapport, answer questions, and maintain ongoing communication with tables to enhance the dining experience.
Provide full table service: take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables.
Assist and guide customers with table grilling service including food preparation and safety at the table.
Act as the liaison between guests and kitchen to ensure accuracy and speed.
Uphold strict cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations with guests.
Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Prior F&B service experience preferred; BBQ or table-grilling service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Team player who is reliable, punctual, and attentive to customer needs.
Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
