Location: AZ 85351
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 8, 2026)

Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts

Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Float Requirement: Must float between Boswell and Del Webb campuses (Boswell is primary)

Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket
Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide ICU-level care including continuous monitoring, assessment, and management of critically ill patients

Administer and manage ventilators, drips, and invasive lines while responding to rapid changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust critical care plans

Float as needed between assigned campuses while maintaining consistent ICU standards of care

Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient safety in a high-acuity environment
Requirements

Active Arizona RN License (required)

Prior ICU experience required

Ability to work night shifts and float between campuses as needed

Strong critical thinking, communication, and acute care skills
