As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Providing information and assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
