As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Providing information and assistance to clients and visitors.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
