TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a precision manufacturing facility in the Harlingen/San Benito area. This position is heavily focused on employee leadership, departmental management, accountability, communication, and team development rather than hands-on machine operation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a large manufacturing workforce and overseeing multiple departments at the same time. Candidates with experience across several manufacturing processes, including heat treating, metal stamping, shipping and receiving, and insert molding, are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 125+ employees across three or more manufacturing and support departments.
• Manage department supervisors and leadership teams while establishing clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.
• Monitor departmental performance, staffing, productivity, workflow, and employee development.
• Resolve employee relations, performance, attendance, and departmental issues professionally and effectively.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure teams work together toward production and company objectives.
• Coach and develop supervisors and employees to strengthen leadership, performance, and overall team effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify operational and personnel concerns and implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to workforce productivity, communication, departmental organization, and accountability.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience managing three or more departments simultaneously.
• Experience leading a workforce of approximately 125+ employees.
• Strong experience managing supervisors, department leads, and hourly employees.
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and employee-development skills.
• Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
• Fluent English required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
