We deliver experiences to consumers through Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Ride Control Systems, Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other innovative initiatives such as Hey, Disney!

We are currently seeking a software developer for a project hire (up to 24 months) position to support our engineering team.

About the Role & Team:

Our team is responsible for platform and systems. focusing on data pipelines, on prem server architecture, data delivery and analytics, and Devops automation.

The role focuses on software development using C#, .NET, and Python, as well as server architecture and software management across our infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment contributing to both development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and Python.

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across applications and systems.

  • Deploy software to production and staging environments.

  • Maintain and optimize server architecture and software performance.

  • Create and update technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.

  • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum of professional experience in software development.

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Python.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Experience in server architecture and software deployment is a plus.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
