In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are washed and prepped efficiently to support the shop’s operations. This position is vital to keeping the work environment safe and presentable, contributing to the overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean vehicles in the body shop wash bay promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain the wash bay, ensuring all equipment and supplies are organized and in good working condition.
- Assist with general porter duties such as moving vehicles within the shop, cleaning work areas, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support technicians and staff by keeping the shop environment clean and safe.
Requirements
- Previous experience in auto detailing, wash bay, or porter role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
