 Pruning Crew Member
Reports to: Pruning Supervisor
Supervises: N/A
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Loads, unloads plant materials</li>
<li>Drives company vehicles to and from jobs.</li>
<li>Hand Prunes and maintains landscape plantings. Removes clippings.</li>
<li>Completes end of day paperwork</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required</li>
</ul>
Education/ Experience
Previous landscaping experience a plus but not required
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities
<ul>
<li>Basic plant knowledge (will train)</li>
<li>A valid state driver license with good driving record</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry object 40-80 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to perform repetitious manual labor</li>
<li>Ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend for 8 hours or more a day</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather</li>
<li>Quality customer service</li>
<li>Ability to work with little to no supervision following training</li>
