Corporate Associate Attorney | Multiple Locations (Hybrid) | $180,000–$315,000
A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions on complex corporate and commercial transactions.

Handle all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Lead due diligence teams and manage contributions from specialists across multiple disciplines.

Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and ancillary contracts.

Support clients through every stage of deal execution and integration.
Qualifications:
-
3–6 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on M&A and general commercial transactions.

Proven experience managing deal processes and leading due diligence efforts.

Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
-
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) bar admission in the jurisdiction of your preferred office.
