The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for an onsite consulting engagement. This is a consultant role focused on supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders on-site to translate HR requirements into effective system configurations and ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as:
- Core HR (Global HR)
- Payroll
- Talent Management (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation)
- Workforce Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions or workarounds.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
- Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, security roles, and data privacy standards.
- Train end users and HR teams on Oracle HCM functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
