Required Skills:

Expertise in Primavera P6
Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Resource Loading/ Levelling, Schedule analysis, Critical path analysis, Running Reports, Pulling data, Analytics, Filters & Project Codes
Experience in operations, maintenance, construction, power generation systems, project management, or project controls.
Strong communication skills for different audiences.
Knowledge of project and outage management theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques.
Competency in building partnerships and working collaboratively.

Bonus Skills Not Required:

Project Management Experience
Previous Utility Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Job Overview:

The position provides project oversight, scheduling, control, and analysis for electrical projects. Multiple projects are supported simultaneously. The position requires a thorough understanding of project cost and schedule controls and project management methodologies, strong computer skills, and enhanced verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop complex project schedules in Primavera P6
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve consensus on final project schedule.
Lead constructability review meetings and support scheduling improvement initiatives.
