Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Consultant to support financial consolidation and reporting initiatives as part of a major S/4HANA transformation. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.

Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting
Manage financial consolidation processes (IC eliminations, equity pickup, statutory reporting)
Partner with finance stakeholders to define and deliver reporting solutions
Support ECC to S/4HANA migration/upgrade activities
Drive data integration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
Create clear documentation (process flows, functional specs)
Mentor junior team members and provide SAP best practice guidance

Required Skills:

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation
Deep understanding of financial consolidation and accounting principles
Proven S/4HANA upgrade experience (ECC to S/4HANA required)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
Strong documentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications:

5+ years of SAP Finance experience with a focus on Group Reporting
At least one full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA implementation/upgrade
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
