Job DescriptionSmall endodontics office is looking for a fully bilingual assistant that could also help in secretarial tasks. What you will be doing? 
<ul>
<li>Assist the doctor chair side (helping the main assistant or assisting the doctor directly); setting up rooms, doing sterilization, taking X-rays/CBCTs, communicating with vendors, providers, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in presenting treatment plans chairside during consultations (collect copayments, making appointments, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist in documentation</li>
<li>Assist in answering the phone when the front desk is on lunch or busy (training provided)</li>
</ul>
What are we looking for? 
<ul>
<li>Bilingual communication (verbal and written in English and Spanish)</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. (desirable)</li>
<li>Previous dental office experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with HIPPA, OSHA, infection control regulations</li>
<li>Have basic mathematical skills</li>
<li>A team player with good references</li>
