We are seeking a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! You will handle all the administartive tasks on behalf of the licensed Real Estate Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with a growing team of Real Estate Agents to support their business needs
  • Review purchase agreements and contracts for compliance and electronically file and distribute them
  • Schedule and advertise open houses and other client and team events and promotions
  • Create, organize, and prepare buyer and seller information packets, charts, and checklists
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures, promote listings online and on social media
  • Verify, disclose and distribute property information to potential clients and websites
  • Place and return phone calls and communications for scheduling purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate well with clients, vendors, contractors and associates.
  • Strong organizational qualities with paper and digital files, strong typing and clerical background
  • Understanding of Google Suite products, calendars, excel, capcut, canva and use of AI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to train the right qualified person for the job
