The position inspires a 'sales through service' culture throughout the organization, whereby team members recognize sales opportunities via listening and identifying member needs and are motivated to cross sell NorthRidge's products and services that fulfill those needs. Achieves this through transactional coaching, guidance, and motivation. Always projects a positive and friendly image for the NorthRidge through interactions with members and co-workers.
What you’ll do (This position works in different locations frequently):
- Serve as the first point of contact for our frontline team. , Trains and applies transactional coaching techniques to oversee daily operations, with emphasis on member relationship building. Responsible for scheduling the workflow of daily routine operations. Onboards new employees. Fills in and performs duties of team positions as needed.
- Generates and analyzes reports to proactively identify strengths and areas for improvement. Facilitates regular team meetings to ensure that Frontline operations are efficient and well-trained to discuss current events, share suggestions, and manage complex or escalated member situations. Meet regularly with AVP of retail services to discuss operational, member service and sales. Reviews error logs and collaborates with team members to develop and implement a plan of action, when necessary.
- Oversees daily frontline operations to ensure timely opening and closing in accordance with established hours. Manages branch cash flow and supports alarm system controls and testing procedures. Collaborates with team members to coordinate routine maintenance and uphold cleanliness standards across the building, grounds, workspaces, and equipment.
- Monitors department activities for compliance with established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Takes action to resolve any non-compliance issues. Adheres to all BSA policy and procedures including the completion of annual BSA training.
- Collaborates with all NorthRidge departments to provide positive member experience. Identifies and recommends improvements to NorthRidge's operating methods and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of similar or related experience
- Leadership and Team Management
- Coaching or Training experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
