Shift & Schedule: Variable Days | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 3x12s | 36 Hours Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required | Monday or Friday Starts Only

Pay Rate
Local: $36 – $40/hour
Traveler: $38 – $42/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN to provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.

Required Qualifications

Current Nebraska or Compact LPN License.
Proven reliability, compassion, and flexibility with scheduling.
Ability to work effectively in a high-ratio environment.
Must attend mandatory first-day orientation at 8:45 AM, regardless of regular shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.
Manage daily floor operations, medication administration, and treatments.
Complete accurate clinical documentation and shift handoff reporting.
Maintain flexibility for short-notice shifts or schedule adjustments.
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure resident safety and quality care.
