About the Role:
The Recruitment Manager will be reporting to the Director of the Therapy Division and be a driving force in
crafting and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies, creating lasting positive journeys, and strengthening
the healthcare provider experience while ensuring the values of the organization are in alignment with the
established mission and vision. The role involves running your desk as an individual contributor and also
leading a team of recruiters and helping them manage and grow their book of business.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
● Develop, manage, and implement strategies and tools for full-cycle recruiting and providing excellent
candidates for RRT, CRT, PT, OT, COTA, SLP, and PTA job orders.
● Create processes around providing excellent candidate experience and ultimately bringing in referrals and
boosting retention.
● Coach new hires, as well as keep top billers, motivated
● Assign tasks, prioritize and coordinate work, and provide Hands-On support as and when needed.
● Identify subject matter experts by specialty by working directly on recruiting and sales initiatives.
● Formulate strategies and define KPIs and SLAs for the recruiting and booking process
● Take a hands-on approach to deal construction and rate negotiation to ensure healthy margins
● Evaluate gaps in all our day-to-day operations for onboarding, compliance, payrolling, timekeeping, and
support services teams and find ways of improving efficiencies and QoS for a positive candidate
experience
● Find new and creative ways to encourage provider retention, e.g loyalty programs, and other benefits
● Negotiate with third-party platforms for lead generation
● Work with marketing teams to run digital campaigns for lead generation
● Find ways to increase referrals and referral conversion.
● Participating in Organizational Roadmap Strategy sessions.
● Work with company leadership and management in overseeing the execution of such strategies
Your Experience:
● 5+ years of proven track record in a healthcare agency environment.
● 3+ Experience in recruiting therapy providers at an agency level
● A background or experience in sales is a big plus
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education
